'00 Chevy Venture/electrical problems?

2000 Chevy Venture, 90K miles.

we were having weird electrical issues. pulled up the floor and found water. located the A/C leak and repaired it. we also respliced all wires that appeared iffy. between 25-45 MPH, the door locks cycle. lock, unlock, repeat. the key will lock the door, but the remote will not-however, the remote still works for the power sliding door.

no warning lights are on, and everything else appears to be in good working order.

any ideas?? off the topic here, but did you know that there is a risk of sudden airbag deployment with these vans? i know two people whose airbags have deployed and both the vehicles were not hit by anything. weird huh??? I own one too, they are nothing but trouble. Trade it off if you can! I have not heard that. A google search turned nothing up. The ECM...replaced it, and everything is good. The water in the floor shorted out the ECM. $73 later, it's all good Try Replacing the RA2900A Relay, that might help.Car Repair Talk's forum.
