Greetings,
I have a 1997 Chevy truck with the 4.3L V-6 engine. I have just replaced the transmission and after putting it back together, realized that we pinched a couple of wires that run to the distributor. We got the wires cleard and repaired but now the engine acts like it is not getting any spark and the fuel gauge pegs to the full side. It turns over fine and all other gauges appear to be working properly.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for any help...
T. sounds like you may have inadvertantly bared some wires on that harness and they are grounding out....double check all wiring around trannyCar Repair Talk's forum.
