95 Dodge Neon Sport Codes -2 3-2 5-5

I have a 95 Dodge Neon Sport 2.0L 16 valve. I don't have a code reader but was told could pull up codes by turning the key on and off 3 times then count the flashes of the engine light. Here is what it comes up with 1-2 3-2 5-5 Does anyone know what these codes mean? thanks for any help you can give.
Cant find a code 12, but older Dodges had a code 12 if the battery had been disconnected. Code 32 is for the EGR system and code 55 means the end of codes.
