Although there are numerous possibilities for these codes, I seem them quite often on Fords and it's almost always due to a severe vacuum leak. With the engine idling, listen for a hissing noise and try to follow it to it's source. Pay close attention to the rubber connectors for the PCV line and any other large feeds. They are notorious for sucking a hole right through the connector that only is visible with the engine running.
You were correct, the rubber 90 that goes to what I think is the PCV was sucked and cracked. Could the Pcv be plugged and causing this? I went to the dealership and the parts guy said that what I explained has a re-heat on it 2 small and 1 large hose. Never seen a PCV like this before. What do you think.
It's just decomposed rubber. Replace it and you'll be fine
