1992 Honda Accord 130,000 miles

Recently my car has been giving me a few electrical problems. The car seems to almost die when I'm trying to start the engine. Even when I am driving down the road if I turn on to many accessories(AC, Window wipers) then usually the radio will die to compensate for the loss in power. If my car is not on then the windows will not go up. The first thing I'd check out is the battery. If it's old (more than 3-4 years - toss it). Then check out the charging system. If all that checks out make sure there is a good ground between engine and body and for that matter all the cable connections need to be good,
