help me find out what is wrong with my van please

I have had my 1995 ford windstar for a year and a half and never had a problem out of it until the frist of this month, sence the frist I have replaced the radaitor and the serventine belt and the idleling pully.. Now it is making a funny nosie when you are driving when you turn it is making a grinding like nosie,and I had to put power steering fluid in it 3 times in the last 2days. It has also started leaking green liquid.It has also started to shift hard, I have also been having problems with the inside lights not wanting to go off and I cant get my windows on either side to go up or down.. Would someone please help me find out what is wrong with my van it is my only means of transportation and I am a single mother of 2 children and one of them is a cancer kid so I dont work to take care of her so if somebody could help me find out what I need to do to fix it cause I cant aford to take it to the shop so I have to do it my self.. SO SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME/ THANK YOU The green leak you see is likely anti-freeze and the radiator job should be checked or it could be something else. The noise and consumption of power steering fluid is because it is low because of leak. These are famous for rack and pinion leaks and the 3.8 engine famous for head gasket problems. Neither are cheap fixes if so.

These are separate problems and the power windows might just be a fuse if you are lucky. They don't usually go two at once without a common problem,
