creaking noise from steering (on jacks)

I just finished replacing my drive axles. After reassembling all the parts expect the tires, I decided to turn the steering wheels. At certain points of turning the wheel, I hear creaking from the front-right only. What's causing this? There definitely wasn't any noise prior to my drive axle replacement. The car is on jacks w/o the tires. Should I take it for a ride?

If this will help troubleshooting, here is how I did the drive axle.

popping balljoint out of LCA (I lubed both with cv-joint grease before before re-assembly)
lowered LCA, pulled knuckle/strut out just enough for removal/installation.
reassembly.

TC What kind of car is this? There are different forces while jacked up. Everything greaseable has been greased - right?
