My 2003 Chevy Express conversion van's windshield wipers will not turn off...
I pulled the wiper relay and replaced...was not the problem.
I have read posts re: same issue on older GM trucks where circuit board was an issue (solder)...looked for recalls ont he 03 express an found none...
Any advice (I think this is/should be a simple fix) is appreciated
