Got a 2000 Ford Escort that will only throw the belt off when it is raining and you hit standing water??
Is the belt tensioner bad? could be a couple things.
whats the age, condition of the belt?
check to make sure none of the pulleys are bad/wobbling
make sure the tensioner internal spring is working
