i looked van over and noticed dust cover was missing a bolt {the cover is under engine compartment}so i replaced bolt so cover wasn't sagging and so far so good,i believe wires etc were getting moister on them because of all the rain we had thanx for the input on this,i'll be backCar Repair Talk's forum.
