96 lumina "ball" hanging down

I hit the front end of my 96 lumina. Under the front there is now a ball hanging down and some broken wires. What is the ball that is hanging down.. car wont start and fluid leaked out after that was a light yellow color...just wondering if i even want to fix it and what the ball part is.. thanks

but it is just in the front it dont even look that damaged just a little bit of the bumper
it hit a cement blocks
they were about 3 of them high
so it just cracked the bottem of the car and thats how there are wires now hanging down and sum sort of plastic ball hanging down..
anything else that could help let me know
dad said it will need a new radiator As a WAG, it is possibly the horn or maybe a vapor cannister. As stated prior, without seeing the part, it is just a Wild A-- Guess.

Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds like way to old said i believe its a vapor canister. it should have a couple vacuum lines attached to it. If thats the only thing damaged, car could not be starting due the big vacuum leak.
