I have a caddy eldorado 1999. I recently had 2 front tires put on the car. about 1 week ago. I awoke yesterday and pulled out of my driveway. My car started shaking at very very low speeds. I am talking at 5 to 10 miles per hour. The slower i went the worse the front end shook. The best way to describe it is that it felt like the lug nuts weren't tightened down all the way. That is not the case though. Very strange. Now, I figured that since the car is front wheel drive, maybe it is one of the drive axels?? But if that is the case would it just happen over night?? I need a little advise please.
Any thoughts???[quote] #1 ----- Get out there and make sure the wheels are tight. Don't let that go even long enough to complain about this!!!! T

Maybe one of the “new” tires has developed a separated belt. If so the tire would have a lump in the tread area causing the wobble; kind of like running over a baseball.

Of course a tire even if new could be a defect. Its happened to me. I'm still worried about how tight the lug nuts are. You may have checked but check again as rust in hub can fool you or anyone and if you once knew they were ok and find them loose that hub needs to be worked on to remove rust.
It's happened to me and I was ticked off at the car maker which didn't help, T
