95 Pontiac Transport mini van stalls then won't start

The van (3.8L MFI V6 with approx 200,000kms)will stall at a stop light and even in the middle of a turn. For the first month or so it would restart, but now it takes a lot of attempts to get it to go, although it turns over. I am a mail carrier, so this is very inconvenient. Any advice would be appreciated.
I would start with a fuel pressure check as it may not be keeping up to par, T
