Transmission trouble on a 1993 Dodge Dynasty

My transmission on my car (1993 Dodge Dynasty) has been leaking for a little over a year. It's something I was needing to fix , but was very tight on money. Anyway, I just kept adding fluid as needed. Today, on the way to work, it slipped out of gear like it was low again. So I pulled off the road to add more fluid to it, well as I was adding fluid to it, I heard it coming out somewhere. I looked as I was pouring it in, and to the right of where you pour it in, I could see it it coming back out. Also saw a bolt around the same area, but I am not sure where it went.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of whats going on? I have done minor work before on engines and transmissions with help, but I am no mechanic.

Thank you for your time,
Jason Schoon i aint a tranny expert, but on most, theres a rubber o-ring where the fluid filler tube goes into the tranny, and that might be leaking. not sure about the bolt, but it may be holding the filller tube to the tranny body.

if u figure out this is where the fluid is leaking, the fix is to pull the tube out and replace the o-ring. You are just going to have to get in there with a flashlight and take a look. If its coming out that fast, it sure wont be too hard to track down. Like Connie said, check that dipstick tube first. Let us know what you find and we can go from there.
