My wipers are squeaking incredibly loud; I mean deafening, not just the normal wiper squeaking noise. I've changed them once, to no avail. I can't overstate how intensely, ear-splittingly LOUD the squeaking is. I cannot drive and have them operating at the same time..it's that bad.
I drive a 2000 Hyundai Accent. Thanks in advance for any responses.
Tim On the next sunny day drive to your auto parts store and try some wiper dressing. This ought to work. I would try lubing up the moving parts of the system like the pivots for the wipers, any linkages, and the bushings in the wiper motor.Car Repair Talk's forum.
