Simple asthetic decision: Strip on the door panel

http://www.automotive.com/auto-shows/59 ... -rear.html

As you can see here, along the bottom of the door panel is a strip that should be stuck in place. I had problems with it before and had it fixed by some mechanic. He ordered all new parts, put them in (not well enough), and had it working for about a month. Now the strip is coming off of the door AGAIN.

Basically, every time I open the door, the tip of the strip catches the frame of the car and begins bending. I would like to just glue it back into place but it bends before the glue can even dry.

Any suggestions on what else I should do? I do not see a link to the part that needs repaired. I see a link to a 2005 Hyundai Accent. I suspect a scam here. Any reason not to answer?Car Repair Talk's forum.
