2003 Pontiac Grand Am Whine With rpm

I have been experiencing this problem for a little while but i do not know where the whine is coming from so I have uploaded a video clip of the noise i am experiencing. It has to be coming from the left side of the car. The whine is hard to listen at first but you can hear it more toward the end

anybody know where it can be coming from ?

Car has 120,000 miles and has an automatic transmission.

Thanks for the help its pretty hard to tell from the video. can u retake it with the hood open? the closer u can get to it, the better. and if the noise increases with rpm, try revving the engine a few times. I cant really hear it at idle, i really hear it when the car is moving and i could not record with the hood open. I can hear it very very low around 10-15 miles but at 20mph it gets louder. I'm 95% sure its coming from the drivers side. Also, the whine seems louder when the car is Decelerating then acceleratingCar Repair Talk's forum.
