what is this?, mitsubushi, montero


I just got new brakes and a left wheel barren put on my 2001 mitsubushi montero xls today and when i picked it up and drove it home everytime i put my foot on the brake it would jerk me and do like a da da da like vibrating jerk on it the guy said i needed some mor work done on something about a speed adapter or axle or something he said it was safe to drive until i get the part just dont slam on my brakes what does this sound like to you and do you think it is safe to drive until i get it fixed i work pretty far

DON'T drive your car any farther than the shop you had the repairs done at. This is not correct and very unsafe. If it didn't do it before make them fix it at no cost. If they refuse call thier main office(if they're a franchise)or contact your lawyer. Sounds to me like they didn't reassemble it correctly. They really could have put your life in danger. Especially if they tell you not to slam on your brakes and you'll be ok. How can you control if you need to slam on your brakes our not. Good luck. You might even call them and tell them to pay for the tow from your house to the shop.
