Hi, Gordon,
On a large, modern pickup truck, which parts of a typical radiator are copper, which are brass, which are aluminum, and which are something else?
Thanx,
Bob Copel
Answer
Hey Robert,
The main part of the radiator, or the fins, are mostly all aluminum and the ends are either aluminum or plastic. Manufacturers have kind of moved away from copper. Too expensive. On you're truck you probably have aluminum cores and fins and the tanks are plastic. Hope that answered your question.
Gordon.
