were is the fan relay located on a 1999 /jeep/cherokee/ 4.ol. at frist the fan want come on.and now it want go off.which is now running my battery down.

are you sure it is the relay? sounds like it could also be a bad coolant temp sensor or even a bad computer. however im not exactly sure on a 99 jeep where they are located.( i drive an '89) I would imagine that on a 99 that it will have a centralized fuse block under the hood. It should be in there. if not the owners manual should tell you were it is. Just a pointer, before you by the new relay switch it out with the one for the ac. they are identical. if that fixes the problem than it is the relay, if not you have problems elsewhere.
