I have a Nissan 2001 Quest and the subject unit keeps blowing out and each time i replace it only last a short time, Why? Please help, Thanks Robert...

It sounds like you might have a bad blower motor, or debris causing excess load. Try removing the motor and cleaning it. While you have it out check inside the motor compartment and see if there are any obstructions. Also spin the motor by hand. It should be loose and free wheel very easily.
