My windshield wipers don't move. The motor works. Is this something easily repaired?

It's usually not to big of a deal. Most cars you can remove the wipers and the cowl panel to access the linkage. Once your that far you can tell what the problem is. Most of the time the bushings that hold it together wear out. This allows them to fall off.
