I have a 1995 or 1996 Ford Contour. The wires on the wiring harness burnt and I was wondering if there was any way I could fix the wires and if not how much would another wire harness be?

As for repairing the harness, it depends on location as to the ease of it, A question that i would also ask myself is why the harness is "burnt"? Replacing the "bad" sections of wire should take little effort if they are easily accessible. And for replacing it completely you should be able to pick up a harness for around $100.
