My Suburban has 219,000 miles I am wondering if there is anything I can do to quiet the lifters without replacing them? Is there a product or lubricant in conjunction with a different grade of oil? let me know!!
There are several products out there.
This is highly recommended by a lot of guys..SeaFoam...
There are others as well that are good...Risolone...CD2..
Stop at Autozone or other parts stores and read the labels on how to best use the products.
May or may not help in your case...
Worth a try tho...
