93 Ford Tempo Rear right wheel constant grinding sound

I've checked to see if there was ice or snow build up and nothing there.
No visual parts are rubbing.
I can wiggle the tire and brake assembly (north/south) with my hands on the noisy wheel and not on the other. I'm sure something has either broken or come loose somehow but not sure what it is called. I will get a haynes manual in the morning but if someone could help that would allow me to sleep better.
I've recently replaced the struts.

Thanks a bunch.
Josh Hi Josh, If you have the car in the air and grab the tire at top and bottom and it moves then eithor the wheel bearings are loose or a balljoint is bad. If grabbing left and right and it moves that is usually tierods. Maybe you can get a helper to move the tire and you could look under the front and see what moves. Remember to use jackstands to support the car while you have it in the air or don't get under it. Hope that helps. Bill Hi;

You should first remove the tire Car Repair Talk's forum.
