Sometimes when driving over uneven pavement a bumping sound can be heard on passenger side front wheel area. Does not make noise when turning slow, or backing up, only at higher speeds. I have replaced front struts, brakes and tires, even wheel bearing on passenger side. When it makes the bumping sound it may make it 4 or 5 times, sounds like midget under van with hammer. I have not yet found midget or hammer. Thanks Frank.
