cd player not accept cd and makes a stuttering noise

The cd player in my car recently stopped accepting the cd and makes a stuttering noise when you insert the cd. It will not play only makes that stuttering noise. Anyone got any ideas? It sounds like the loader is faulty. When this happens the CD does not make it into the "read" position so the unit will read "err" and spit the CD back out on most occasions. The cheapest way to fix a loader fault is to replace the unit, as the little cogs that load and unload are expensive to diagnose and repair.

my trucks cd player did the same thing, how ever it is a 6 disk changer, and there are 5 CDs stuck in there.. any chance i can get them out?
