2003 Kia Optima SE 2.4L Brake Noise

I have a squealing(sounds like metal on metal) when braking. I have replaced the rotors and pads and before I change the Caliper I would like any ideas of what it could be.

I jacked up the car and took it up to 60 mph then braked without any noise.

I had this noise before the pads/rotor change.

Left Front wheel. How are the rear brakes? I have not checked the rear brakes, the noise sounds like it coming from left front. Is the brake caliper hardware damaged or rubbing on the rotor? Is the backing plate touching the rotor? Was the vehicle in an accident which caused damage? Does the noise happen all the time when you are braking or does it only happens as the brakes get hot? Check the brake caliper for interference. I have pulled the brake caliper several times. I cannot see anything rubbing, like I said in the first post I did jack up the car and took the car up to 60mph then braked without any noise.

Brake noise happens when braking at all speeds. I just don't want to dump more money replacing the caliper if it is not the culprit.

Vehicle has not been in any accident.Car Repair Talk's forum.
