1987 Jeep Wranger, No Brake Lights, or Turn Signals

I have recently changed out my radio, while doing so I did see and hear a spark and flash of light from one of the 5 wires that hit ground. Black wire I assumed was ground, Orange AUX on, Red power, Blue Antenna, Purple/brown stripe (Ends up being power.) Anyway the Blue or Purple Brown stripe wire touched ground. What I have now is the running lights work, the turn signals on the dash and front under the headlights work. The brake lights, rear, and side turn signals do not work. I have looked at all fuses, replaced the flashers both hazard and turn signal but still no luck.

Help please.... You have done an awful lot of part replacement for what is unquestionably nothing more than a blown fuse. We have run into this before in this forum; someone "checks" all fuses, declares them to be good, and then goes nuts looking elsewhere.

Use a wiring diagram to determine which fuse controls your lights. Replace that fuse.Car Repair Talk's forum.
