98 Venture A/C rubber hose next to firewall leaking

I have a 98 venture and there is an AC rubber hose next to firewall leaking, so my AC charge does not retain the freon for more than a week. Does anybody know how to replace that hose?
Thanx in advance.

www.automotiveforums.com,

that was not really getting answered there. I figured that you guys may be able to help this poor guy figure this out. Here are Step By Step Instructions with the torque specs. Compressor Hose Assembly Replacement
Removal Procedure
Remove the air cleaner cover and duct assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement in Engine Controls.
Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .

Remove the compressor line block fitting at the accumulator.
Remove the compressor line block fitting at the rear suction line (C34 only).

Remove the compressor condenser hose assembly.
Installation Procedure

Using a lint-free clean, dry cloth, carefully clean the sealing surfaces of the A/C refrigerant hose and the A/C refrigerant component.
Lightly coat the new O-ring seals (1) with mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.

Important
DO NOT allow any of the mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil on the new O-ring seals to enter the refrigerant system.

Carefully slide the new O-ring seals (1) onto the condenser and accumulator line block fittings until seated. Allow a light coating of the refrigerant oil to remain on the A/C refrigerant hose in the area indicated (2) ONLY.

Install the compressor condenser hose assembly.

Notice
Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

Install the compressor condenser hose assembly at the rear of the compressor, using new sealing washers(1). Tighten
Tighten the nut to 33 N·m (24 lb ft).

Install the compressor line block fitting at the condenser. Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 16 N·m (11 lb ft).
