I've got a 1996 Chevy Cavalier RS the wifes car it just rolled over 115,000
miles so I figured it is time to flush and refill the coolant is there an easy way to make sure I don't get any air bubbles in this system I've heard it is a pain to get rid of once you get them?
Any help is appreciated I'm planning on doing the repair tomorrow If air being trapped in the engine is a problem, usually the manufacturer will have a bleed valve (usually on top of the thermostat housing).
Other than that, bubbles will work their way out. Just keep your eye on the temp gauge on the first drive afterwards.Car Repair Talk's forum.
