2001 Ford Ranger leaking coolant

My truck has just recently started leaking. I'm pretty certain it is leaking coolant and when I looked underneath the car I saw this.

Any ideas of what this could be?

Here's another view I don't really see any traces of coolant. Are you sure it is anti freeze? Could it possibly be some other fluid leaking? Are you talking about that little blob in the first pic just to the roght of center on the black hose or wiring?Car Repair Talk's forum.
